Will it invent things about me?

Below 75% intensity, no — a keyword your resume cannot support is declined and reported as a gap. At 75% and above it will write the claim in, because that is what you asked it to do, and then it hands you an itemised list of every claim it added. Nothing is added silently. That list is the whole point.

Can it change where I worked or when?

No. Employers, project names, dates, locations and education are frozen through a refine — those get checked against records. A job title rewrite is possible at high intensity and is always reported back to you, since background checks verify the original.

Do you store my resume?

No. A refresh is a fresh session by design. Your resume carries your name, email, phone and address, and leaving that in browser storage outlives the session on whatever machine you opened it on. Signing in on another device gets you an empty form, not your last draft.

How long does a refine take?
